A Little Background
I got my start in Real Estate early in college - my father owns a family construction company and it seemed like the natural progression. Over the years, I learned the in's and out's of building a home, from procuring the land to subcontractors, to picking out hardwood and tile and eventually listing it. Coming into the business this way shed a completely different perspective to the buying and selling process.

My number one goal in our future relationship is that you are confident with every step of the process, maybe that means undrestanding the new listings coming your way each morning or dissecting each section of the Offer to Purchase contract.

As your listing broker, my goal is for you to get the highest return on your property. A comprehensive market analysis will be done to establish value. This will include statistics on neighboring competition, previously sold homes and market conditions. But that is only the beginning. Advertising, negotiating, and researching are responsibilities I will undertake to make sure your home gets sold with the best terms and price under current market conditions. In this current market it is important to have an experienced+broker who has continued to attain the necessary skills and knowledge to work with the current market trends.

As a professional Real Estate Broker, I spend time on continuing education, and various certifications so you can expect first class service throughout your transaction and beyond. My relationships don't end with the closing date, I encourge my clients to use me as a lifelong sounding board and adviser.
